The aide assesses individual needs and then referrals into our own and other area helping agencies . The aides provide literature and education on a variety of illnesses and programs , while arranging for free - heath services threw Ohio University and Athens and Meigs county health departments . The program lends out medical supplies such as wheelchairs,walkers and crutches , etc. |
